Professional Experience
  • Sally Wang is Senior Partner of MHP Law Firm. She received her Juris Master Degree from Zhejiang University. Sally joined the international business team of Boss & Young Attorneys at Law in 2007 with practice areas of foreign investment, merger & acquisition, etc. In 2008, Sally joined Martin Hu & Partners as Associate first and then Senior Associate. Sally has advised a number of Fortune 500 companies and MNCs on their expansion into China by foreign direct investment and merger & acquisition. In 2009, Sally was seconded to Mills & Reeve LLP, a top UK firm, for training, and obtained her overseas practice experience. Sally joined Shanghai Office of a leading Europe-based international firm in 2013 as Associate of its corporate team, and has worked on quite a few inbound and outbound transactions for both European and Chinese clients.
    Sally has been qualified to practice in the People’s Republic of China since 2008 and is a member of Shanghai Bar Association. She penned a few articles in professional legal publications, periodicals and magazines such as China Business Law Journal and was one of the editors of the book introducing foreign investment in Spain.
